About the Position

The 360° Senior Sales Executive (Property Acquisition) is responsible for driving property growth and taking full, end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle within our target markets. In this role, you will do the legwork of prospecting new leads, converting inbound landlord inquiries, reactivating dormant pipeline opportunities, and cultivating strategic local B2B referral networks.

While you will work alongside a supportive team, this role requires a self-managed closer who thrives on taking total accountability for their pipeline. You must be comfortable navigating high-stakes, difficult conversations and overcoming tough objections to close deals.

The 360° Senior Sales Executive reports to the Sales Manager and plays a pivotal role in accelerating Nestify’s revenue and property portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete, 360° sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and discovery calls to contract issuance and deal execution.
  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Pitch, negotiate, and close pre-booked landlord inquiries generated via the website and SDR team.
  • Proactive Prospecting & Re-Engagement: Conduct cold/warm outreach to hunt for new opportunities and reactivate non-converted, dormant accounts.
  • B2B Partnership Development: Identify, contact, and build direct referral relationships with local real estate brokers, property managers, developers, and financial advisors in the target market.
  • Objection Handling & Negotiation: Confidently lead high-stakes, complex conversations and resolve client objections while maintaining deal momentum to achieve high close rates.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene, tracking all outreach activity, contract statuses, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle, end-to-end sales experience in direct B2B or consultative service selling.
  • Proven track record of closing phone-based or remote agreements and handling tough, high-stakes negotiations independently.
  • Strong outbound discipline and willingness to roll up your sleeves for cold outreach and prospecting legwork.
  • High cultural agility with experience selling to or working with clients in the UK or international markets.
  • Fluent written and spoken English to a professional C1/C2 standard.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and self-motivated to meet targets with minimal supervision.
  • Direct background or domain experience in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals is a plus, but not required.

  • 09:00 to 18:00 (Target Market Local Time)
  • Location: Remote (South Africa for UK Market)
