The Elite Job is seeking passionate and certified Nutritionists and Fitness Coaches to join our dynamic team. As a Nutritionist or Fitness Coach, you will develop personalized programs, provide ongoing support, and inspire individuals to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultation and Planning: Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs, preferences, and health goals.
  • Program Development: Design tailored nutrition or fitness programs aligned with clients objectives.
  • Client Support: Provide regular check-ins, progress tracking, and motivational guidance.
  • Educational Outreach: Deliver workshops, webinars, and content to educate clients on health and wellness.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to integrate holistic health strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client progress and feedback.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and research in nutrition and fitness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, or similar for Fitness Coaches; RDN, CISSN for Nutritionists).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual coaching.
  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual meetings and tracking progress (e.g., Zoom, fitness apps).
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards their health goals.
  • Knowledge of diverse dietary and exercise approaches tailored to different populations.

Experience

  • Nutritionist: Minimum 2 years of experience in creating diet plans and counseling clients.
  • Fitness Coach: Minimum 2 years of experience in developing fitness routines and coaching clients.
  • Experience with remote work or virtual coaching is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to accommodate clients in various time zones is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of nutrition science, fitness principles, and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze client data to adjust plans effectively.
