Remote Business Development Consultant

We're looking for experienced Senior Business Development Representatives who have spent their careers selling into the private healthcare, aesthetics, Med Spa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental, vision care, or medical device industries.
If you have a proven history of managing the entire sales cycle , consistently exceeding quota, and closing high-value deals, we'd love to speak with you.
Compensation and Pay Package
~ On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ calls daily) to generate new sales opportunities
Engage clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers to introduce BoomerangFX solutions
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team
Communicate our value proposition and benefits to potential clients
Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in the CRM system
Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo booking targets
Qualifications
~5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles

Required Skills
Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Competitive mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is an asset
