There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at Natus Neuro.<br><br>Location; Remote<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>Natus Medical Inc. is seeking a <strong>Senior Business Intelligence Lead</strong> to provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.<br><br>This role will lead our analytics transformation with a strong focus on <strong>Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric</strong>. It is a critical position responsible for transitioning from legacy BI platforms (including OBIEE) to a <strong>modern, Fabric-first data and analytics architecture</strong>.<br><br>The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across <strong>Sales, Service and Finance</strong> to deliver scalable, executive-ready insights by integrating data from <strong>Oracle EBS and Salesforce</strong> into <strong>Power BI and Microsoft Fabric</strong>.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions</li><li>Drive adoption and implementation of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, OneLake)</li><li>Define and execute the BI modernization strategy, including migration from OBIEE</li><li>Integrate data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce into unified Fabric-based data models</li><li>Enable AI-driven insights using Microsoft Copilot within Power BI and Fabric</li><li>Provide technical leadership, establish BI standards, and mentor team members<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, including leadership roles</li><li>Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments</li><li>Strong SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle EBS</li><li>Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics solutions across Sales, Service and Finance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Canada Pay Transparency Clause<br><br></strong>This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected annual <strong>base salary</strong> for this position is <strong>$160,000 CAD</strong>. This role may also be eligible for a company bonus or commission plan, as applicable to the position. Canadian work experience is not required.
