We're known for five-star customer reviews, a friendly team, and making the process simple and convenient by bringing premium detailing right to the client's home. We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator who is an enthusiastic, high-energy, and who enjoys helping clients feel good about their vehicle while making their busy lives a little easier!

Hours

  • Saturday-Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Your Role:

  • Speaking with potential clients and recommending the services that best fit their needs
  • Booking appointments and helping maximize the schedule
  • Following up with clients after their appointments
  • Managing leads and customer information in our CRM
  • Coordinating with our detailing team throughout the day
  • Preparing invoices and recording payments
  • Keeping customer records organized and up to date
  • Writing professional emails and communicating with clients by phone and text

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, positive, and enjoys talking with people
  • Comfortable selling services without being pushy
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Confident using computers and learning new software quickly
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Professional when communicating with both customers and teammates
  • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems independently

Experience:

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience. Customer service or administrative experience is a huge bonus.
  • Good computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills

Interest in cars is a bonus-but definitely not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about detailing.

Compensation:

$20/hour base pay plus a generous commission program.

Our commission structure rewards strong customer service, excellent sales skills, and higher-value bookings, giving top performers the opportunity to earn a significantly higher effective hourly rate.
