Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for retail branch roles, running everything from initial hiring manager intake meetings to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
High-Volume Requisition Management:
Efficiently handle a continuous, fast-paced pipeline of approximately 30 active requisitions per month without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Targeted Sourcing:
Proactively source, pipeline, and attract top talent for key customer-facing retail banking roles, including Customer Experience Associates and Personal Bankers.
Stakeholder Partnering:
Act as a strategic talent advisor to retail branch managers, providing frequent updates on pipelines, market trends, and hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & Events:
Represent the organization at in-person career fairs and local networking events within your assigned region to build proactive talent pools.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless, positive, and communicative experience for all candidates moving through the interview process

Qualifications

-Proven High-Volume Expertise: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a heavy, continuous requisition load (30+ active roles /filled simultaneously / per month ) in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
-Experience Level: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for mid-level considerations, and 5+ years of dedicated experience for senior-level corporate recruitment.
-Industry Background: Prior experience recruiting for customer service, high-turnover retail, or banking environments is highly preferred.
-Compliance & Vetting: Candidates must be able to clear mandatory, comprehensive CRIMINAL background checks and CREDIT checks required for financial institution placement.
-Adaptability & Schedule: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, including a mandatory 1-month in-office ramp-up period, alongside flexibility to travel locally for in-person hiring events.
-Location: Must be geographically located within a commutable distance to one of the main regional hubs: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, or Winnipeg.
