Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV Senior Consultant - Customer Support

The Role:

The BC Sr. Consultant plays a large role in assessing customer needs, configuring Dynamics 365 BC to meet those needs, training end-users, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimized performance. The Senior BC Consultant will be instrumental in helping clients maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics BC investment while ensuring best-in-class customer service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Clients

  • Work directly with our clients’ teams to understand their unique business needs and pain points.

  • Gather requirements to craft solutions to pain points.

System Configuration & Customization

  • Configure ERP systems with respect to focus area.

Ticket Triage

  • Work with applicable parties to ensure customer tickets get addressed in a specified amount of time.

  • Ensure cases are updated in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is high.

Client Support and Issue Remediation

  • Provide dedicated client support for design issues and guide the remediation efforts, with a steadfast commitment to resolving challenges promptly and effectively.

Training & Support

  • Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure they are comfortable and confident using their new systems.

  • Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and optimize system performance as the business grows.

  • Mentor other consultants and provide knowledge and guidance on best practices.

Stay on the Cutting Edge

  • Continuously monitor updates and new features in BC and areas of focus. You'll be our go-to expert for the latest and greatest in ERP trends and advancements, always looking for ways to improve our offerings.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with other consultants and departments to ensure seamless integration across all business functions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

  • 5+ years or more experience with Customer Support environments

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent understanding of Business Central with regard to area of focus.

  • Dynamics Business Central certifications.

  • Experience working in a support environment.

  • Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate how Dynamics BC can add value to their business.

  • Strong customer support experience required.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

  • Strong understanding and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
