The successful candidate will help validate opportunities and support the commercialization of the Talent Passport and related solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research potential markets, customer groups and partnership opportunities.</li><li>Conduct interviews with employers, educational institutions, nonprofits and public-sector organizations.</li><li>Test value propositions, pricing, messaging and outreach strategies.</li><li>Identify potential pilot customers and institutional partners.</li><li>Support the design and delivery of market-validation projects.</li><li>Gather feedback from customers, partners and users.</li><li>Analyze findings and prepare concise recommendations.</li><li>Develop outreach materials, presentations and partnership proposals.</li><li>Support funding, commercialization and go-to-market initiatives.</li><li>Help translate market insights into product and business decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications<p>Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology, Communications, Data Analytics or a related discipline.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Strong research, writing and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Confidence conducting interviews and professional outreach.</li><li>Interest in technology, accessibility and inclusive employment.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Experience with market research, partnerships, sales strategy or commercialization is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p>Accessibility and Inclusion<p>Enabled Talent strongly encourages applications from persons with disabilities and candidates with lived experience of accessibility barriers.</p><p><br></p><p>We are committed to providing an accessible recruitment and workplace experience.
