For each round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting.  </p><p>Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Google Workspace platform. You will work as part of the IT team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and leveraging the full features and benefits of Google Workspace.  </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><p>Perform day-to-day administration of Google Workspace including but not limited to including user access, backup, update management, security and system performance </p><ul><li>Provide subject matter expertise to help IT Support Analysts resolve end user issues </li><li>Act as an escalation point for issues that require elevated access to Google Workplace </li><li>Work with the Director, Information Technology to ensure successful completion of updates, enhancements and integrations </li><li>As required, provide day-to-day end user support to ensure coverage  </li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong> </p><p><strong>Required:</strong> </p><ul><li>Understanding of the general concepts of cloud-based applications </li><li>2 or more years of Google Workspace administration experience </li><li>Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment </li><li>Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, to understand user requirements and suggest solutions based on diverse stakeholder’s needs </li><li>Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Long-term commitment (1-2+ years) to Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits </li><li>Interest in non-profit sector  </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong> </p><ul><li>Endeavour volunteer experience </li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace  </li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS </strong> </p><ul><li>Strengthen and broaden your leadership and management skills and experiences </li><li>Build relationships with diverse group of professionals and leaders in consulting industry, the social sector, and academia </li><li>Contribute to the successes of a growing non-profit organization   </li><li>Make an impact while having fun! </li><li>Future opportunities to volunteer in other capacities and divisions within Endeavour </li><li>Flexible Schedule  </li></ul><p><strong>Please note:</strong> Endeavour is a 100% volunteer-driven organization, and as such, all our roles are unpaid.
