Pioneer Window & Door Mfg. is a mid-sized, Winnipeg based business that provides product and service to the immediate area for all commercial and residential glass, window, and door needs. This growing company is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist.

About the Job

This is not a typical data entry position. To succeed in this role the candidate must obtain a high level of understanding about the window industry and be able to minimize errors while processing orders. Typing speed is not of concern. Critical thinking, Accuracy, and Product Knowledge are very important.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience working with quotes or cut sheets. They have a working knowledge of construction, residential windows and doors, commercial windows and doors, installation practices, and materials. If you do not have these things, we are happy to train.

Applicants with office, order desk, lumber yard, construction, or admin experience are also good candidates.

Compensation

Despite what is posted here, wages will be based on perceived aptitude and experience.

Duties may include:
  • Assisting Production Manager with processing New Orders
  • Assisting Production Manager with Administrative Tasks
  • Flexing into vacant positions/Assisting in shop functions
