Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries while taking full ownership of data entry, billing support, order processing, and system updates. Responsibilities
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure timely,
professional, and effective handling of customer inquiries.
 Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring
confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
 Take ownership of customer requests from initiation through resolution,
providing consistent follow-up and communication.
 Coordinate activities among customers, operations teams, technicians,
vendors, and business partners to ensure customer needs are met within
established timelines.
 Utilize CRM tools to accurately document, track, and manage customer
service requests.
 Create and manage service orders, ensuring all information is complete
and accurate.

 Process invoices and support billing activities, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with established procedures.
 Maintain and update inventory systems and databases to ensure data
accuracy and integrity.
 Participate in data management, validation, and system update projects.
 Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that
enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 Act as a resource for more complex customer issues and share
knowledge and expertise within the team.
 Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to customer satisfaction, service quality, responsiveness, and data
accuracy.

Qualifications
 Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, operations
coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
 Strong customer relationship management and customer-focused
mindset.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
 Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
 Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
 Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or equivalent) is
highly desirable.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
 Knowledge of billing, order management, inventory management, or basic
accounting principles is considered a strong asset.
Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
