The Role
As a Call Recording Sentiment Classifier, you will review customer support call recordings and classify the sentiment expressed by the customer during each call. Each recording is approximately 2 to 5 minutes long.

What You'll Do
Listen to each customer support recording and assign the sentiment that best describes the customer's experience during the call. Use only the provided sentiment categories for consistent classification.
- Review recordings that are 2 to 5 minutes long
- Classify the customer's sentiment during each call
- Choose one sentiment label for every recording
- Apply the labeling task consistently across customer support audio
Sentiment Labels
Every recording should receive exactly one of the following sentiment classifications. The label should reflect the customer's sentiment during the call.
- Overly-negative
- Negative
- Neutral
- Positive
- Overly-positive
Requirements
This is an entry-level project, and no other experience is needed. Candidates should be able to work with English-language customer support recordings and complete the classification task within the stated part-time schedule.
