PART-TIME Customer Support Representative - Weekend Overnight Shift

Potential candidates should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and wireless routers. If you have some knowledge and a strong interest in computers/networking along with customer service skills and experience, we are willing to train advanced skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Overnight weekend shift required (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights) Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone. Recognize and understand how to configure customers' equipment to reputed company to the Internet reputed company a wireless router, which may include connecting reputed company consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and more. reputed company a high level of customer service, reputed company customers on the use of products and services, and recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
