Senior ERP Project Manager (remote job opportunity)

6 month remote contract with high probability of 6 month extension Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and oversee ERP implementation projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End ERP Implementations and Manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from initiation and planning to execution, testing, and post-implementation support.

Project Planning & Governance Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder Management Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project.

Team Leadership Build and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful delivery.

Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Implement corrective actions to maintain project continuity and quality.

Change Management & Training Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption. Oversee training and support for end-users.

Quality Assurance Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews. Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in ERP implementation.

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and large cross-functional teams.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business process optimization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA).

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

SAP Activate or ASAP methodology for SAP projects.

Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP.

Experience in data migration, system integration, and business process re-engineering ACCESSIBILITY
