<p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Role:</strong> Senior Consultant – VMware VCF 9 (vSphere, vSAN, NSX)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Montreal, QC</li><li><strong>Work Model:</strong> Hybrid</li><li><strong>Language Requirement:</strong> Bilingual (French and English) - Mandatory</li></ul><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 Consultant</strong> who can work independently in a customer-facing environment with minimal supervision. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, upgrading, optimizing, and supporting VMware Cloud Foundation solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate should be a strong VMware SME with hands-on experience in:</p><ul><li>VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9)</li><li>vSphere</li><li>vSAN</li><li>NSX</li><li>VMware Aria Suite</li></ul><p>The resource must be comfortable leading customer discussions, delivering implementations, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and architect VMware VCF-based solutions aligned with customer requirements.</li><li>Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of VMware VCF environments.</li><li>Configure and integrate vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Suite components.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and act as the VMware SME.</li><li>Conduct customer workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and solution demonstrations.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform performance optimization.</li><li>Support upgrades, migrations, monitoring setup, and environment enhancements.</li><li>Create implementation documentation, architecture diagrams, and best-practice guides.</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>VCP VCF Admin 9.x Certification</strong> (minimum requirement)</li><li><strong>8+ years of VMware experience</strong> in enterprise environments</li><li>Strong VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) administration and deployment experience</li><li>Hands-on expertise with:</li><li>vSphere</li><li>vSAN</li><li>NSX</li><li>VMware Aria Suite</li><li>Experience with upgrades and migrations (not just break/fix support)</li><li>Strong customer-facing consulting experience</li><li>Ability to work independently with customers</li><li>Bilingual in <strong>French and English</strong></li><li>Must be located in or near <strong>Montreal</strong></li></ul><p>strong <strong>VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)</strong> experience, <strong>VCP VCF Admin 9.x certification</strong>, and <strong>French-English bilingual capabilities</strong>.</p>
