Overview

We have an existing opportunity for a Claims Triage Adjuster (Night Shift) to join our team! This is a remote position that can be situated anywhere in Canada.

This night shift after Hours Desktop / Remote Adjuster role supports national/regional operations to ensure that after hours claims are triaged according to defined national or regional expectations. This is an after-hours, remote / desk top role. The shift is Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-12:30am on call working from home.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Monitor after hours claims line
  • Triage new claims against national/regional expectations
  • Meet or exceed Client KPIs
  • Reliability and availability to answer calls when they come through

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Some Experience with property claims (Wind, Water, Fire, etc.) is an asset.
  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
  • Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
  • Good investigative manner
  • Adjuster’s license, or currently pursuing CIP designation is required.

Competitive Compensation: $20-21/hour.
