Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist Expieriece Needed. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with attention to detail
  • Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite word for data entry, document creation, and scheduling
  • Support office management tasks such as appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and record keeping
  • Assist with customer service inquiries via phone or in person, providing accurate information and support
  • Use QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and technical proficiency in handling office equipment and software

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is highly preferred
  • Proven ability in customer service roles with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Experience using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data entry procedures and clerical best practices
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
