About the Role

We are seeking a US Registered Nurse (Remote) to join our dynamic call center and customer service team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home whilst providing critical patient support and healthcare guidance. This role is central to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare customer service, and you will be instrumental in supporting patients and healthcare providers across the United States.

With a comprehensive training program commencing on 7 September 2026, this position offers an attractive package of up to 63K, making it an excellent opportunity for qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing compassionate and professional nursing support to patients via telephone and remote communication channels
  • Assessing patient health concerns and providing appropriate guidance and triage information
  • Documenting patient interactions and clinical information accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and medical teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Responding to patient inquiries regarding medications, treatment plans, and healthcare procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare privacy regulations
  • Educating patients on health conditions, preventive care, and wellness initiatives
  • Contributing to team objectives and supporting colleagues in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Meeting quality assurance standards and performance metrics established by the organization
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
What We're Looking For
  • BS Nursing Graduate with active PH and US license valid within 6 month before the expiration date
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a patient-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex healthcare information in a clear and compassionate manner
  • Excellent listening and empathetic approach to patient interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment whilst meeting performance targets
  • Knowledge of US healthcare systems, insurance processes, and patient advocacy protocols
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality and data security
  • Flexibility to adapt to a call center environment and manage high call volumes
  • Preferred experience in customer service, telehealth, or nurse hotline support
