This position will be based out of our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office. Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Requirements • A Level 2 insurance license is required; however, if you’re not fully licensed, we’ll support you in gaining the certification as part of your career development with us • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word • You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment A Day in the Life • Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams • Follows HUB Service Guidelines • Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows • Formally corresponds with customers and insurers • Manages account reconciliation working with Accounting team • Maintains accuracy of electronic files • Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers • Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation • Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities • Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis • Continues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities Where This Can Take You We invest in our employees! The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
