Resume Writer for Ontario RPN

I’m looking for an experienced resume writer or career professional with specific knowledge of the Ontario healthcare and nursing job market to review and improve my resume for Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) positions in Ontario.

I am a new graduate RPN registered in Ontario and have completed clinical placements in Ontario healthcare settings, including hospital and long-term care environments. I am currently applying primarily to RPN positions in Ontario hospitals, long-term care (LTC), rehabilitation, and retirement homes.

I already have a complete resume, so I am not looking for a generic resume template or simple proofreading. I would like someone to critically review my current resume and identify potential weaknesses that may be affecting my interview response rate.

I am specifically looking for help with:

Evaluating my resume from the perspective of Ontario healthcare recruiters and hiring managers

Improving how my Ontario clinical placements, nursing skills, education, and previous healthcare background are presented

Optimizing the resume for ATS screening and keywords commonly used in Ontario RPN job postings

Identifying content that should be added, removed, shortened, or reorganized

Strengthening my bullet points while keeping all information accurate and truthful

Positioning me effectively as a new graduate RPN without extensive Canadian nursing employment experience

Producing a clean, professional, ATS-friendly resume suitable for Ontario hospitals and other healthcare organizations

Experience with Ontario nursing or healthcare resumes is strongly preferred. Ideally, you have previously worked with RPNs, RNs, LPNs, PSWs, or other healthcare professionals seeking employment in Ontario and are familiar with the expectations of Ontario healthcare employers.

When submitting your proposal, please briefly describe your experience with Ontario nursing/healthcare resumes and, if possible, provide examples of similar projects you have completed.

Deliverable: A professionally revised, ATS-friendly RPN resume in an editable format, along with a brief explanation of the major changes you recommend.
