[Remote] Account Manager

The role manages and develops strategic customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts, and drives revenue through cross-functional collaboration with commercial, technical, and operational teams. Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within existing accounts Develop strategic account plans and identify future programme and market opportunities Monitor account performance, pipeline, sales activity and forecasting Support pricing, commercial negotiations and value-based selling initiatives Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance to resolve customer challenges and deliver against commitments Analyse customer and market data to identify growth opportunities, risks and trends Present account strategies, forecasts and commercial recommendations to senior management Contribute to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and new product/business development initiatives Skills 3–7 years' experience in B2B sales, strategic account management, business development or programme management Experience within aerospace or defence B2B environments ideally within high-volume components A demonstrable track record of growing existing customer accounts and winning additional business Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing, margins and value-based selling Experience working with complex customer organisations and multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and forecasting capability Confidence presenting commercial information and business cases to senior stakeholders Experience with Salesforce, Excel and/or Power BI would be advantageous A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach Willingness to travel A degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred Company Overview ITP provides an efficient, accurate and professional experience to industry leaders across the globe.
