Program Manager - Part Time Contractor
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to work as a <strong>Part-Time Contractor</strong> to support our growth.</p><p><br></p><p>As we are a small team, you will play a critical role planning, tracking and overseeing program activities to support ongoing development of treatment for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease. This role will ensure timely execution against company objectives and program milestones, including creating and managing program timelines, budgets, and reporting project status, including risk identification and mitigation to management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive cross-functional roadmap consisting of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for Clinical trials, Medical, CMC, Regulatory submissions.</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration, manage team meetings, including agenda prep, scheduling, distribution of meeting minutes and action items to ensure alignment with project goals.</li><li>Manage risks by proactively identifying issues and developing mitigation strategies</li><li>Engage with stakeholders, including Sr. Management, to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication and decision-making among internal stakeholders and prepare and present status reports to senior leadership</li><li>Develop reports and presentations as required by management</li><li>Coordinate work across multiple departments, locations, and external vendors</li><li>Develop and maintain any Project related SOPs, as necessary</li><li>Assist in long range budget planning, reforecasting and resourcing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work East Coast hours.</li><li>BS/BA degree</li><li>10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience</li><li>5+ years program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>Experience with cross functional program management across all phases of drug development lifecycle and functions, including clinical development, regulatory submissions, and commercial development</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, budgets and timelines for a small biotech organization</li><li>Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse and dynamic team</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills professional maturity, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiations skills</li><li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks</li><li>Proactive communication skills, strong written, verbal and medical communication and presentation skills</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Company</strong></p><p>Tenax Therapeutics, Inc.
