Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor
Generations Day Care is currently seeking an Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor to join the team. Generations provides day program services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. With locations in Ramona, El Cajon and Poway, this role will be based in Ramona but be required to travel to all program sites on a semi-monthly basis or as needed to ensure training and compliance.
The Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor will focus on maintaining compliance with client onboarding and ensuring that all requirement forms and paperwork are properly maintained and up to date. This includes maintaining documents in compliance with Community Care Licensing, San Diego Regional Center and DDS and maintaining internal portals, files and spreadsheets that contain confidential client information.
This role will also oversee new employee onboarding, including initial and on-going staff training. This role will ensure that staff has all required paperwork in their employee file, are meeting their continuing education requirements, and will coordinate staff training and in-services. This role will also oversee some timekeeping tasks and support HR as needed.
This position will also coordinate annual client meetings with support staff, outside agencies, and the clients planning team.
Other duties assigned as needed to support various company initiatives and needs.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate with site Managers and outside agencies, and meet important deadlines. Written and verbal communications skills are a must, as is the ability to maintain online files, spreadsheets and portals as well as hard copies of documents and files.
Experience working with Community Care Licensing, Regional Center, or similar agencies is highly desired. Proven experience maintaining records and documents to ensure compliance is required. At least 5 years of relevant experience is required and an associates or bachelors degree in a related field is desired, but not required. Ability to pass a CCLD background check is required. CPR and first aid certification will be required upon hire.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
