Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist to join our Remote Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering provider charges, modifiers, and related billing information into the arenaflexOne platform. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure that our clients’ billing reputed company run smoothly and that revenue is captured accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify provider charges, modifiers, and other billing data into the arenaflexOne system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform daily data entry tasks, including uploading charge sheets, reconciling billing discrepancies, and updating patient records.
  • Collaborate with the RCM team to resolve billing issues, answer provider inquiries, and maintain data integrity.
  • Adhere to established workflows, timelines, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
  • Utilize company‑approved technology tools and reputed company Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and billing information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the RCM Manager or team lead.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing data entry, preferably within the arenaflexOne or arenaflexCentricity platforms.
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Dependable, with a consistent work schedule during daylight hours (Monday‑Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, using company‑approved technology tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical billing or health information management are a plus.
