Our client is growing their Toronto team and looking for confident, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join us as Donor Engagement/Sales Representatives.
If you enjoy meeting new people, communicating face-to-face, working toward goals, and being part of an energetic team, this could be a great opportunity for you.
No previous experience is required. Hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship will be provided to help you develop the confidence and communication skills needed to succeed.
As a Donor Engagement Representative/Sales Representative, you will represent our clients at various public locations throughout Toronto, connect with members of the community, and create positive and professional interactions on behalf of the organizations we work with.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with members of the public in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Represent our clients at various in-person locations throughout Toronto
- Communicate information clearly and create positive experiences with the public
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership throughout the day
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing our clients

No Experience? No Problem.
Experience in fundraising, customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, sales, or other public-facing roles can be helpful, but it is not required.
