You will work closely with our Marketing team, our Market Intelligence function, and our local SAP Cloud Sales Executives to build Insi's reputation in the North American market and turn that reputation into qualified conversations with the right people, primarily through events, content, and warm introductions rather than cold prospecting.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work mainly with the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to open new commercial contacts.</li><li>Build guest lists and engage with target accounts for Insi hosted events, executive roundtables, and industry content.</li><li>Establish relationships with target accounts to build reputation and get Insi known for its expertise and experience.</li><li>Help identify the right moments, formats, and locations for Insi's market facing events in North America, bringing local market knowledge into the planning.</li><li>Bring insights from the market back to Marketing and Market Intelligence to sharpen content, positioning, and account targeting.</li><li>Work closely with SAP Sales Executives to understand which accounts and conversations matter most, and support opportunity qualification ahead of handoff.</li><li>Build sales pipeline and set meetings through relationships, events, content, focused and personalized outreach rather than volume outreach: quality over quantity.</li><li>Keep account engagement and pipeline activity accurately recorded in Salesforce.</li><li>Maintain a regular cadence of updates with SAP Sales Executives and Marketing on account coverage and event activity.</li><li>You may be asked to represent Insi at community events such as ASUG chapters, roundtables, and executive gatherings to build relationships and open commercial possibilities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or ABM, ideally in B2B technology or professional services.</li><li>Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to understand and study a company's business context before reaching out.</li><li>Based in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, with availability to work on-site.</li><li>Fluent English.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software sales.</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.</li><li>Knownledge using Salesforce lead management.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Bonus Qualificationss<br><br></strong><ul><li>Brazilian Portuguese speaking.</li><li>SAP Digital Academy Business Skills Badge - https://events.sap.com/sap-partner-excellence-center/en_us/wz-digital-academy.html<br><br></li></ul><strong>You'll have<br><br></strong><ul><li>The opportunity to help build Insi's go-to-market presence in North America from the ground up.</li><li>Close collaboration with Marketing, Market Intelligence, and SAP sales leadership.</li><li>Support from a global technology company with 35+ years in the market, 2,700+ professionals, presence in 25+ countries, and a well-established SAP practice.</li><li>Training sessions and access to SAP related learning programs.<br><br></li></ul>📍 Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (on-site)<br><br>💼 Two openings available<br><br>This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career within enterprise technology sales while contributing directly to Insi's SAP growth strategy in North America.
