Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Transcribe and input data from a variety of sources—including invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, and electronic data interchange (EDI) reputed company—into reputed company’s proprietary customer digital system.
  • Data Verification: Perform rigorous checks to ensure that all entered information matches source documents, resolves discrepancies, and flags any anomalies for follow‑up.
  • Source Familiarization: Quickly learn the layout, terminology, and structure of each data source to minimize processing time and reduce the need for repeated queries.
