Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate childcare staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices. Manage the center's budget, including financial planning, expense control, and revenue generation. Cultivate strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and facilitating open communication. Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children within the center through robust protocols. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare management or a senior leadership role. In-depth knowledge of provincial childcare regulations and licensing requirements. Proven experience in staff supervision, training, and performance management. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills. Proficiency in French and English is highly desirable for communication in Montreal .
