With hands-on training, inbound client leads, and structured mentorship, you’ll have the foundation to grow a long-term career from home.

Your Day-to-Day
- Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Take part in continued mentorship and team development
- Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
- Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
- Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
- A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
- Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
- Customer service background helpful but not required
- A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
