Are you an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator looking to get out of the traditional dealership environment?

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Automotive Warranty Specialist to join a growing team supporting automotive dealerships nationwide. This is a 100% remote position focused on processing, auditing, and maximizing warranty claims.

What You'll Do

  • Review and process automotive warranty claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze repair orders, labor operations, parts, and technician hours.
  • Identify missed revenue and opportunities to maximize warranty reimbursement.
  • Research and resolve rejected, short-paid, and problematic claims.
  • Communicate with dealership personnel regarding documentation and claim issues.
  • Maintain accurate claim and receivable records.
  • Stay current on OEM warranty policies and procedures.
  • Use proprietary technology and software to streamline the warranty process.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of automotive warranty administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of dealership warranty claims and repair orders.
  • Knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software.
  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum).
