Warehouse Order Picker

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Order Picker for a full-time temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Mount Pearl, NL. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

In this position, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

  • Pay Rate: $18.25/hour

  • Location: Mount Pearl, NL

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.

  • Accurately pick products based on item number, description, and required quantities.

  • Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards.

  • Transport completed orders to staging and shipping areas.

  • Inspect products for damage, quality issues, or discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.

  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.

  • Communicate shortages, damages, or order errors to supervisors in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • 1–2 years of general labour or warehouse experience is considered an asset.

  • Reliable transportation required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
