Warehouse Associate/Warehouse Packaging

Job Summary

The Warehouse Packaging Associate is responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing online customer orders for shipment. This role ensures products are handled with care, packaged securely, and shipped in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or handheld scanners
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging
  • Pack products securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, padding, etc.)
  • Print and apply shipping labels accurately
  • Verify order accuracy before sealing and dispatching packages
  • Weigh packages and input shipping details into the system
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing station
  • Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking packing supplies
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills (order management systems, scanners, shipping software)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels
  • 11am-6pmn Mon-Friday
  • Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements required
