Our services include overseas warehousing, order fulfillment, international logistics, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at our Brampton warehouse. This role involves receiving, sorting, checking, storing, picking, and preparing goods for shipment, as well as operating forklifts safely. Responsibilities Receive incoming goods and check quantities and product information against receiving documents. Sort, scan, label, and place goods in designated storage locations. Operate forklifts safely to move, load, unload, and store goods, following site procedures and authorization requirements. Pick and organize products accurately according to order requirements. Assist with packing, labelling, and preparing orders for shipment. Support inventory counts and report damaged goods, shortages, and other discrepancies. Complete equipment checks before use and report any defects or safety concerns. Keep storage areas, aisles, and workstations clean and organized. Work with team members to meet daily operational targets while maintaining safety and accuracy. Qualifications and Requirements Valid forklift operator certification is required. At least one year of warehouse experience is preferred. Previous hands-on forklift operating experience is preferred. Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin are required. Reliable, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Able to perform the physical duties associated with receiving, sorting, picking, and moving goods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
