Warehouse Associate 40 - 50 lbs

Description

Join a leading manufacturer and distributor of towing products and truck accessories in Brampton, specializing in custom trailer hitches, electrical wiring, ball mounts, and pin boxes. This is a 50/50 forklift and warehouse associate role with structured training. During the first week, employees assemble boxes, pack trailer hitches, and build and wrap pallets/skids for shipment. The second week focuses on put-away tasks, inventory movement, and learning warehouse locations. After training, associates transition to operating forklifts, RF scanners, and completing order picking.

● Pack products, build pallets/skids, and prepare shipments
● Complete put-away, loading/unloading, and inventory movement
● Operate RF scanners for order picking
● Operate order picker (high-level/cherry picker), reach truck, and counterbalance forklifts after training
● Safely lift up to 50 lbs (team lifting for heavier items)
● Follow safety procedures and rotate through warehouse functions
