At Tenstorrent, we are building the next generation of AI and RISC-V compute. In this role as the VP of Information Technology you will be responsible for building and scaling the internal technology foundation that helps the company move fast, stay secure, and operate reliably across teams and geographies. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can own enterprise systems, infrastructure, security partnership, end-user experience, and global IT operations while helping the business scale with discipline.

This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; or Toronto, ON.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made. Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer.
