Learn more here. <br><br><strong><br>The Role<br></strong>This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.<br></p><p><strong>As a Fullmind Occupational Therapist, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging, high-quality OT instruction in a remote classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would</li><li>Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills, and translate findings into clear, actionable goals</li><li>Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP in a remote setting</li><li>Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require</li><li>Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators — to keep everyone aligned on student progress<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program</li><li><strong>A Minnesota OT license from the</strong><strong> MN Board of Occupational Therapy Practice</strong><strong>. Or an OT Compact privilege from Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin</strong></li><li>Comfort and experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting</li><li>A reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace</li><li>Strong remote-collaboration skills.
