Our team handles every aspect of the rental process—from guest communication and check-ins to cleaning coordination and property maintenance—ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and property owners.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Guest Communication & Support<br><br>Respond to guest inquiries promptly across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo,Booking.com, etc.)<br><br>Manage booking requests, changes, and cancellations<br><br>Provide guests with check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and local recommendations<br><br>Handle emergency or escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care<br><br>Booking & Calendar Management<br><br>Monitor and manage availability calendars to prevent double bookings<br><br>Ensure pricing and minimum stay settings are correct across platforms<br><br>Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance based on bookings<br><br>Administrative & Operational Tasks<br><br>Organize and track guest reviews, performance metrics, and occupancy rates<br><br>Maintain documentation for expenses, guest issues, and work orders<br><br>Assist in updating property descriptions, photos, and listing information<br><br>Help with vendor communication (cleaners, handymen, etc.)<br><br>Call Management<br><br>Answer or return calls related to guest inquiries, vendor coordination, or emergency issues<br><br>Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries and escalate when needed<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Prior 2-3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for short term rental is a "MUST"<br><br>Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo,Booking.com, and channel management tools<br><br>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills<br><br>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities<br><br>Availability to respond to messages and calls during business hours, with some flexibility for urgent matters<br><br>Tech-savvy – able to use online tools, spreadsheets, and mobile apps efficiently<br><br><strong>Nice To Have<br><br></strong>Experience with property management systems (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify)<br><br>Knowledge of customer service practices in hospitality<br><br>Ability to work across time zones if needed
