We are a UK-based international tax advisory firm looking for an experienced US CPA or Enrolled Agent to file a 2025 Form 1040 for a high net worth US citizen living and working abroad. The majority of the preparation work has already been completed by our team. We need someone with the right IRS filing access to input the figures and submit.
About the client
US citizen, non-resident, based in Africa. Multi-jurisdiction income profile spanning employment income, investment income, offshore bank accounts and UK property. The client has a Form 4868 extension in place so the filing deadline is 15 October 2026.

Foreign Tax Credit calculation on Form 1116 covering general and passive income baskets with prior year carryforward amounts confirmed.
Foreign Earned Income Exclusion and Foreign Housing Exclusion computation on Form 2555 with supporting documentation.

Schedule E covering UK rental property income and expenses.

Available to complete filing before 15 October 2026.
What we will provide
A complete Excel working paper with all income, deductions, credits and foreign account information prepared and verified.
All source documents including brokerage 1099s, foreign payroll computations, bank statements and property income schedules.
Point of contact at our firm for any technical questions.
Scope and budget
This is a filing and compliance review engagement. The technical preparation is done. We are looking for competitive pricing that reflects the filing-only nature of the work rather than full preparation from scratch.
Please include your hourly rate or fixed fee proposal in your application, along with examples of similar international expat returns you have filed.
To apply
Please confirm you hold an active PTIN and IRS e-file authorisation. Briefly describe your experience with US expat returns and any familiarity with multi-jurisdiction high net worth clients. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
