Job Details:

  • Contract Duration: 3 Months

  • Location: Senoko Loop

Job Descriptions:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record in recruiting technical and engineering talent, with experience hiring blue-collar and operational workforce as well as support function roles.

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
