In this role, you’ll be part of our U.S. Military and Government team, delivering seamless travel management services to our federal clients. As a Travel Consultant, your mission is to provide outstanding customer service to defense and government travelers before, during, and after their business trips. Through our winning combination of exceptional people and innovative technology, we ensure our customers’ travel experience is unforgettable from start to finish—for all the right reasons. ### What You'll Do - Create and complete travel arrangements for air, hotel, car, and rail. - Build reservations according to client standards and preferences, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed, insightful recommendations that deliver the best traveler experience. - Handle basic and moderately complex bookings, including non-standard multi-destination trips, ticket exchanges, and complex fares. - Escalate the most complex bookings to more experienced staff. - Tackle both routine and non-routine assignments with confidence and care. - Benefit from comprehensive training provided by experienced colleagues, and stay current using our social intranet. ### What We're Looking For You must be fluent in both English and Japanese—written and spoken. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Basic proficiency in MS Office is required. A genuine passion for high-quality customer service is key—we care about our customers, and it’s important that you do too. We value strong teamwork skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
