Your contributions will directly enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives, helping our client’s partners achieve their development goals.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Craft clear, engaging, and informative training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and other instructional content.</li><li>Adapt writing style to align with the specific tone, style, and voice of different client brands.</li><li>Develop creative approaches to present complex information in a compelling and easily digestible manner.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training objectives and ensure content accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Tailor content for different learner levels, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all audiences.</li><li>Ensure all content adheres to established guidelines, maintaining consistency across materials and projects.</li><li>Work closely with design, marketing, and project management teams to align content with overall brand strategies and visual elements.</li><li>Revise and update existing training materials as necessary, ensuring content stays current with evolving best practices or product changes.</li><li>Incorporate client and learner feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.</li><li>Optimize content for digital formats, ensuring it is searchable, interactive, and engaging for the intended audience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must-Have Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience in writing training or instructional content.</li><li>Proven experience working with Articulate Rise.</li><li>Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.</li><li>Ability to adapt to various brand voices and styles.</li><li>Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Must be available to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST.</li><li>Must provide your own laptop and your own Articulate Rise license.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with Instructional Design or e-Learning Development, specifically building responsive, web-based online training courses.</li><li>Experience using Articulate Storyline.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Project Details & Schedule<br><br></strong>This is an ongoing project-to-project freelance opportunity, with an estimated initial duration of approximately 4 months.
