As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction! Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter, or produce the best loved bakery items that our guests come to enjoy, you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.

In this position you will:

  • Greet & welcome guests with hospitality. Sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day!

  • Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts and more!

  • Create delicious sandwiches and wraps

  • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment

  • Have fun while making your guests day!

The Restaurant Team Member is the frontline in providing the Exceptional Guest Experience through the delivery of exceptional products and service.

NOW HIRING Full-Time/Part-Time Team Members (6123 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC)

  • Day shift: Between 5 AM ~ 3 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: Between 12:00 PM ~11PM

  • Night shift Baker: Between 11PM~7 AM (Full-time ONLY)- *condition listed below*

(All training will be in Day shift ONLY)

All shifts will be maximum 8 hours between above time frames

Physical Demands:

  • Walking and standing for long periods of time

  • Is able to lift and carry up to 20 kg / 45 lbs

  • Operate large and heavy equipment

  • Receive large deliveries up to twice weekly

  • Transition between cold (e.g. freezer) and hot (e.g. oven)

For Night shift, Team members will be trained in Day shift. When the basic training is done, you will be trained at Night shift. Once all the night shift duties can be performed properly, the hourly wages will be adjected to $19.25-$19.75.
