TikTok Reels and Carousel Posting

We’re a luxury hair brand looking for a reliable person who is physically based in the USA to manage the manual publishing of our organic TikTok content.

This is primarily an execution-based role. You will not be responsible for creating, editing or planning the content. Our Social Media Manager prepares everything for you, including:

- Finished videos/content

- Posting schedule

- Captions

- Exact on-screen text

- Covers

- Trending audio/sound instructions

- Clear publishing instructions

Your main responsibility will be to manually publish approximately 4–5 TikToks per week through the TikTok app, adding native TikTok text/audio where instructed.

Important: You must personally live in the USA and use your own US-based phone/device and internet connection for publishing. This is an essential requirement for the role and the reason we are specifically hiring someone US-based.

If we’re a great fit, we’re also open to expanding the role into TikTok community engagement, such as replying to comments/DMs and naturally engaging with relevant US beauty/hair creators and influencers on behalf of the brand.

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, responsive and interested in a long-term collaboration.
