Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and highly motivated intern for our TikTok Creator & Account Manager Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students seeking internship credit or practical experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, communications, or related fields.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in TikTok content strategy, creator management, audience engagement, trend research, analytics, and account growth while learning industry best practices from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing TikTok content calendars
  • Developing engaging short-form video concepts and content ideas
  • Creating, editing, and publishing TikTok content aligned with brand goals
  • Managing TikTok accounts and monitoring platform activity
  • Researching trends, sounds, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
  • Monitoring audience engagement and responding to interactions
  • Tracking performance metrics and preparing analytics reports
  • Assisting with follower growth, reach, and engagement strategies
  • Supporting creator collaborations, campaigns, and account management tasks
  • Staying updated on TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in College or University in marketing, communications, social media, media studies, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform culture, and short-form content
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging video concepts
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, TikTok editor, or similar tools preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Passion for digital media, creator culture, and social media marketing
