Job Description:

  • Cover the territory of East Montreal, Laval, Laurentides and Lanaudière
  • Develop strong business plans to implement the brand strategy and related field tactics
  • Drive solid sales and maximize short- and long-term revenue
  • Build close relationships with customers and respond to their needs
  • Plan and evaluate visits to continuously improve sales outcomes
  • Meet or exceed sales, brand performance, financial and commercial objectives
  • Address customer objections, misunderstandings and concerns to obtain commitment
  • Respond to the needs, expectations and challenges of key stakeholders to build trusted relationships
  • Execute a call plan that optimizes coverage of key customers
  • Develop an understanding of the market, competition, customers, disease states, products and clinical expertise
  • Communicate market intelligence to the district manager and team members
  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers
  • Identify, train and retain disease-state experts and speakers/spokespersons

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Proven successful track record in sales
