Vous êtes passionné(e) de technologie, à l’aise autant dans Azure que dans un rack de serveurs, et vous avez déjà vécu la réalité du terrain en MSP? On a une place pour vous.

Nous cherchons un(e) technicien(ne) TI senior pour rejoindre notre équipe terrain de Gatineau. Vous interviendrez directement chez les clients pour assurer le support, le déploiement et la maintenance de leurs environnements TI. Votre expertise en Microsoft 365, Azure et solutions de sauvegarde sera au cœur de votre quotidien.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien

  • Intervenir chez les clients pour le support, le dépannage et la résolution d’incidents sur les environnements Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory et Windows Server.
  • Gérer et surveiller les solutions de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre (Veeam, Datto ou équivalent) – vérification des statuts, restaurations, alertes.
  • Administrer les environnements clients : comptes utilisateurs (AD/Entra), GPO, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Hyper-V et services associés.
  • Utiliser les outils ConnectWise Manage (PSA), ConnectWise Automate (RMM) et ScreenConnect pour le suivi et le support à distance.
  • Documenter rigoureusement les interventions et contribuer à la base de connaissances interne.
  • Escalader les situations complexes et soutenir les techniciens N1 dans leur développement.

  • Azure : machines virtuelles, Entra ID (AAD), stockage, réseau
  • Solutions de sauvegarde / DR : Veeam, Datto ou équivalent
  • Windows Server : AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V, RDS
  • Diagnostic réseau de base (TCP/IP, VPN, pare-feu)
  • Outils MSP : PSA, RMM (ConnectWise un atout)
