Technicien(ne) - Insolvabilité

About the position

Au bureau de Brossard dans l’équipe de redressement et insolvabilité, le bonheur au travail se cultive au quotidien, à travers des gestes simples mais significatifs : des espaces de travail agréables, des moments de convivialité, une écoute attentive et une reconnaissance sincère des efforts de chacun. Ce poste temps plein (37,5 heures par semaine) est offert en mode hybride, 3 jours par semaine en présentiel et 2 jours en télétravail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyser et traiter la documentation du dossier (commercial et consommateur)
  • Recevoir des demandes courantes de la part des clients internes et y répondre, selon les politiques en vigueur
  • Communiquer avec les intervenants en fonction du dossier et effectuer les suivis de dossiers
  • Préparer des tableaux et des analyses divers
  • Documenter ses dossiers, procéder à la numérisation et effectuer le classement selon les normes établies
  • Effectuer la saisie des données dans les systèmes informatiques (espace GRI, IPS)
  • Effectuer des recherches à l’aide de différents outils
  • Créer et traiter les tâches attribuées à son groupe (IPS)
  • Effectuer un suivi rigoureux de ses tâches
  • Apporter sa contribution à l’équipe en réalisant toutes autres tâches administratives connexes

Requirements

  • DEP, AEC ou DEC en comptabilité, secrétariat ou tout autre domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 3 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Connaissances des logiciels de la suite Office et PDF
  • Une excellente connaissance du français
  • Vous êtes organisé, autonome et aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur et vous possédez un bon esprit analytique
  • Vous êtes polyvalent et vous avez une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers
