Sous la supervision de la Coordonnatrice à la facturation et aux comptes à recevoir, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

  • Effectuer les conciliations de la facturation;
  • Compiler les données et préparer les tableaux de suivis;
  • Faire les suivis des documents reliés aux projets;
  • Préparer les demandes de paiement;
  • Préparer les factures;
  • S'impliquer dans les fermetures de mois de la facturation et des recevables;
  • Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles des gestionnaires de projets;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe dans le but d'assurer le bon déroulement des activités du département de la comptabilité.
  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en administration ou en comptabilité;
  • Détenir 2 années d'expérience pertinente;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office et Adobe(niveau Excel intermédiaire);
  • Capacité à s'exprimer en anglais (autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit) afin de faciliter la communication à travers nos différents bureaux au Canada.
