About the Role

As our Technical Support Specialist – Microsoft Cloud & Security, you’ll play an important role in delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions and endpoint security services to our managed service customers.

You’ll work closely with customers, our Service Support team, Senior Systems Integrators, Sales, Project Management, and our Network Operations Centre (NOC) to deploy, support, and improve Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint security solutions.

This position offers an excellent balance of technical work, customer interaction, project participation, and ongoing professional development.

Microsoft Cloud

· Microsoft 365 administration

· Microsoft Entra ID

· Microsoft Intune

· Exchange Online

· Microsoft Teams

· SharePoint Online

· OneDrive

· Microsoft Defender

· Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

· Conditional Access

· Microsoft Secure Score reviews

· Microsoft tenant onboarding

Microsoft CSP

· Microsoft Partner Center

· Customer licensing

· Subscription management

· License renewals

· Microsoft licensing reviews

· Customer licensing recommendations

Endpoint Security

· Deploying SentinelOne through N-able N-central

· Coordinating deployments with our NOC

· Endpoint compliance

· Endpoint security reviews

· Security policy implementation

· Customer endpoint audits

Customer Engagement

· Customer onboarding

· Technical assessments

· Technology reviews

· Customer training

· Technical documentation

· Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

· Technical sales support

What We’re Looking ForRequired

· Minimum two years supporting Microsoft 365 in an MSP or enterprise environment

· Experience with Microsoft 365 administration

· Experience with Microsoft Entra ID

· Experience with Microsoft Intune

· Experience with Microsoft Defender

· Experience deploying MFA and Conditional Access

· Experience with endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Fortinet EDR, or equivalent)

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Excellent technical documentation skills

· Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle

Microsoft Certifications

You must possess at least one of the following:

· MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator

· MD-102 – Microsoft Endpoint Administrator

Additional Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
