Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support daily store or operational functions, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining clean workspaces
  • Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale or service counters
  • Provide product or service information to customers, answering questions clearly and confidently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer experiences
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently to maintain a safe environment for all
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock levels as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
